Sample Day Timetable
This is a timeline of a sample day at Daneswood. Each person’s experience should be different. Bespoke packages and differing times/days can be discussed on an individual basis

| 0900-0915 | Arrive at Daneswood |
| 0915-1015 | Drink – Settling in time |
| 1015-1145 | Morning Activity – Choice of two or three activities that are set out by Daneswood staff each day (Including morning drink & snack) |
| 1145-1230 | Rest Time |
| 1230-1330 | Lunch – Choice of two cooked meals prepared daily in the Daneswood Kitchen |
| 1330-1445 | Self Directed Activities – Rest Time |
| 1445-1500 | Afternoon Preparations |
| 1500-1600 | Afternoon Activity – Choice of two or three activities that are set out by Daneswood staff each day (Including afternoon drink & snack) |
