Lead Support Workers, Support Workers and Waking Night Support Workers at Daneswood work 35 hours per week, on a rota basis covering 7 days per week.

Daytime shifts are 7.15am to 2.45pm and 2.15pm to 9.45pm; Night shifts are 9.30pm to 7.30am.

Enhanced rates are payable on successful completion of the 6 month probation period. There are also generous bonus schemes in place.

Daneswood has an ongoing need for high quality care staff; we are committed to the ongoing training and personal development of all our staff to ensure that the highest standards of care are provided. All staff receive a full induction program to LDQ standards and are expected to complete all their mandatory training during their 6 month probation period. Ongoing training and the opportunity to undertake NVQ’s in Health and Social care are also available.
